Victoria. Upon arrival at Vancouver International Airport, you will be met and shown to your coach. We board the ferry and take a scenic cruise to Vancouver Island and travel to Victoria. Tonight, join your Tour Director and fellow travellers for a and informal and friendly Welcome Reception.Two Night Stay: Victoria, Marriott Inner Harbour.   Day 2. Vancouver Island, Freedom of Choice Touring. Today, join your touring activity in Victoria. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore this wonderful city by the sea.  BD   Day 3. Butchart Gardens, Vancouver Sights. This morning we visit the famous Butchart Gardens. We take the ferry back to Vancouver for a sightseeing tour of the city including the Waterfront, Gastown and Stanley Park. The remainder of the day is yours to explore Vancouver.  Stay: Vancouver, Fairmont Waterfront.  B   Day 4. Rocky Mountaineer Rail. Early today board the Rocky Mountaineer Train. We have GoldLeaf seating, so sit back and relax in true comfort as you travel this famous railroad. Perhaps enjoy a dinner show tonight at additional cost.Stay: Kamloops, hotel assigned by Rocky Mountaineer Vacations. Kamloops has limited accommodation so you will be staying in two or three-star hotels.  BLD   Day 5. Spiral Tunnels, Banff. We journey through the vast ranchlands along the South Thompson River to Shuswap Lake. The Kicking Horse River leads you to Kicking Horse Pass, the Spiral Tunnels and over the Continental Divide to Banff National Park. Two Night Stay: Banff, Fairmont Banff Springs.   BL   Day 6. Banff Sights, Freedom of Choice Touring, Dine Around Dinner. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Banff and the surrounding area. Later, choose your touring experience from the range provided. Tonight select where you dine with our Dine Around Dinner at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel and savour the local taste.   BD Day 7. Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Dine Around Dinner. On our short journey to Lake Louise we visit Moraine Lake. This afternoon we arrive at Lake Louise. Upon arrival we will join our local Heritage Interpretive Guide for a guided nature walk of beautiful Lake Louise. This evening dine at one of the Chateau’s restaurants. Stay: Lake Louise, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. BD   Day 8. Icefields Parkway, Athabasca Glacier, Jasper, Dine Around Dinner. Today’s journey takes us on the Icefields Parkway. We stop at the Columbia Icefield for an unforgettable ride in an Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier. This afternoon arrive in Jasper National Park. Stay: Jasper, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. BD   Day 9. Mt Robson, Wilderness River Safari. Our journey follows the famous Yellowhead Highway. Pass Mt Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. We arrive at Blue River nestled between the Cariboo and Monashee mountains, an area rich in wildlife. We join our River Safari and search for bear, moose, osprey and eagles. Enjoy a BBQ dinner before settling in to your luxury Canadian lodge. Stay: Blue River, Mike Wiegele Resort. BD   Day 10. Whistler. Our journey takes us into the Coast Mountain Range to the ski resort of Whistler, set in a spectacular location and considered an adventure playground throughout the year. Whistler in the evening is a lively place and its pedestrian-only village is alive with pubs and bars, music and shopping.  Stay: Whistler, Westin Resort & Spa. BD   Day 11. Whistler, Vancouver. Enjoy time at leisure this morning in Whistler. We join the Whistler Mountaineer where we have Glacier Dome Service. Enjoy afternoon tea before arriving into Vancouver. Stay: Vancouver, Fairmont Waterfront Hotel.   B   Day 12. Holland America Line Cruise. Today, transfer to Seattle and board your Holland America Line cruise ship the ms Amsterdam. Settle into your verandah stateroom as we head out on your 7 night luxury Alaskan cruise. BD   Day 13. At Sea. Enjoy a full day at sea as your ship wends its way past rocky headlands and glides over the Inside Passage. Make time today to explore your ship and its amenities.  BLD   Day 14. Stephens Passage, Juneau. Sail through Stephens Passage, home to humpback whales and orca.  Arrive at Juneau, the capital of Alaska and explore this fascinating town.    BLD   Day 15. Tracy Arm, Sawyer Glacier. At the end of Tracy Arm fjord sits Sawyer Glacier. Watch as the glaciers calve and break apart, dropping huge chunks of ice, some the size of small cars, into the water. Depending on prevailing conditions, the cruise may go to Glacier Bay National Park instead.    BLD   Day 16. Sitka. Arrive in the Alaskan town of Sitka, a charming settlement by the sea rich in Russian and native Tlingit culture.  BLD   Day 17. Ketchikan. As the salmon capital of the world, Ketchikan is the place to indulge in all things to do with salmon.  BLD   Day 18. Victoria. Enjoy a day at sea and spend an evening in Victoria.   BLD   Day 19. Seattle. Your cruise ends on arrival in Seattle. After breakfast disembark and take a city sights tour of Seattle. This evening enjoy a FREE night’s accommodation in Seattle and have time at leisure to further explore this exciting city.   Stay: Seattle, Westin Seattle.   B       Day 20. Seattle.
