Toluca Hills is a gated community set in the heart of Los Angeles only 10-15 minutes drive from Universal Studios and 6 miles from Hollywood....some studios can even be seen from the complex! LA airport and Disney are only 45 minutes away. Toluca Hills is also close to restaurants, theatre, hospitals, grocery stores, health clubs, and plenty of night life for the young at heart! The complex is well planned with lovely landscaping, all creating a nice ambiance.
All units are air conditioned and have fully fitted kitchens.
Studio apartments have one bathroom and sleep a maximum of 2 persons - (queen size bed) with sofa/living area and fully fitted kitchen.
1 bedroom apartments have one bedroom and sleep a maximum of 3 persons - (king bed or 2 x singles in bedroom) with sofa/living area and fully fitted kitchen. Third person is accommodated on a rollaway bed.
2 bedroom apartments have two bathrooms and sleep a maximum of 5 persons - (king bed in first bedroom and 2 x singles in second bedroom) with sofa/living area and fully fitted kitchen. Fifth person is accommodated on a rollaway bed.
Please note sofas are not sofa beds.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchens including a microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
