More and more visitors are discovering the benefits of renting a holiday home as their base in central Florida. The convenience of  self-catering, the cost advantages for a large or multi-family parties, the superb quality of the homes and privacy make it an option well-worth considering.

Each privately owned two, three, four, five, six or seven bedroomed home is different yet are all maintained and furnished to a very high standard. The homes are located on estates throughout the Kissimmee area between 10 and 30 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and close to shops and restaurants. The homes all have fully equipped kitchens with crockery, cutlery, hob, oven and fridge. Most have a dishwasher, microwave and washer-dryer.  Maid service is provided at the end of each rental.  All homes are air-conditioned.

The spacious lounge has a sofabed, armchairs, dining table and chairs, colour TV. The sofabed increases the occupancy potential of the home, but we recommend that you try not to fill the level of the home to capacity as this reduces the comfort level.

All homes have private pools on enclosed screened patios providing a touch of luxury - many consider a pool essential after a long day at the theme parks! Pools can be heated (not necessary for summer months), and a supplement is charged per week for this facility.

The advantages of having separate bedrooms, a large well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and a private pool are obvious, but the saving in cost compared two or more rooms at an hotel make the holiday home the ideal choice for many visitors.

'Executive' Homes with private pool 3, 4, 5 & 6 bedroom homes/2 & 3 bathrooms Located within 10-25 minutes of the Disney area. Larger homes with larger heatable pools (heating additional cost). Homes have either a spa, or games room. All homes have a sofa bed to allow maximum occupancy. Fully equipped kitchens with washer/dryer. Air-conditioned. Iron and ironing board. All linens and towels supplied. Maid service available at additional cost. All private pools are screened and include sun loungers and chairs. Managing agents available 24 hours for assistance. Offering a generally newer and larger home than the 'standard' level with additional features.
